What you'll be doing
As a founding member of our US sales team, you will join a fast-moving and fast-learning team that is evangelizing a movement rather than selling a commodity product in a crowded market. You will sell solutions consultative-ly instead of following a by-the-numbers routine. These are still early days for our US sales team. You will be a part of the growth journey that is taking by storm the digital industry with an all-in-one Gen-AI-powered workspace for creative ops.
As the key member of a consultative sales team, you will be focused on developing and closing new business opportunities in the North American market
Develop expertise in Rocketium products to ensure potential customers have the right expectations from our products
Aggressively drive the development of the sales pipeline by prospecting and performing outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and calling
Nurture leads through the funnel to close transactions by contacting them on multiple channels - social, email, phone, online demo, in-person meetings
Attend industry events such as trade shows and conferences to meet new prospects
Be the voice of the customer to articulate requirements and feedback clearly to other teams such as Marketing, Account Management, and Product
Currently based in the Dallas, Texas
5-8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales
Prior experience in selling to enterprise customers is a must
Prior experience in selling products with $80K+ of Account Value (ACV) is a must
End-to-end sales experience i.e. generating leads to closure, is a must
Prior experience selling in North America and Latin American markets will be a plus
Prior experience in selling to brands and e-commerce businesses will be good to have
Enthusiastic, passionate, and people with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, to influence & negotiate at all levels
Strong ambition and desire to grow with the company
Comfort and resilience in dealing with business owners and senior execs
